Seared Ahi Tuna on a salad of peashoots, arugula, sui-choi, avocado, red onion, red pepper, sesame seeds, ponzu dressing..

Pistachio encrusted Halibut, lemon asparagus, sous vide purple yams, rice pilaf, romesco smear..

Peep’s trio of eggs: bittersweet chocolate nest, white chocolate bedding, sponge toffee dirt, house made orange, raspberry and blueberry ice cream eggs..
